山东外事翻译职业学院是经教育部审核、山东省人民政府批准设立的全日制普通高校，地处国家AAAA级风景区乳山银滩，依山面海，景色怡人。
Shandong Vocational College of Foreign Affairs Translation is a full-time college which has been registered in the Ministry of Education an d approved by Shandong Provincial Government. With hills behind an d the sea in front, it lies at the picturesque Silver Beach, a state AAAA scenic spot in Rushan, Weihai.
学院占地面积1372亩，校舍建筑面积32万平方米，教学仪器设备总值6400多万元，图书馆藏书115万册。学院面向全国招生，现有全日制在校生10020人。
The college covers a total campus area of 1,372 mu an d a floor area of 320,000 m2.It boasts teaching equipment worth more than RMB 64 million yuan an d a library collection of no less than 1.15 million volumes. By recruiting new students nationwide, it has a current total enrollment of 10,020 students.
学院设有外国语学院、商学院、管理学院、工程技术学院、综合学院、继续教育学院等6个二级学院和基础教学部，共开设36个专业，其中商务英语等外语类专业10个， 经管类、工程类专业26个。
Shandong Vocational College of Foreign Affairs Translation comprises six secondary colleges （including the College of Foreign Languages, the College of Business, the College of Economics & Management, the College of Engineering & Technology, the Comprehensive College an d the College of Continuing Education） an d a Basic Teaching Department. It offers 36 specialties, of which 10 specialties are language-related such as the Business English specialty, an d the other 26 are concerned with economic management an d engineering. The college boasts a high-level faculty of 517 full-time teachers, including 159 professors an d associate professors. In addition, it has first-class teaching facilities including 67 intramural training an d practicing rooms an d 70 extramural training an d practicing bases.
经教育厅批准，商务英语、国际贸易、商务日语分别同山东师范大学、山东科技大学3+2本科贯通培养。设有校内实训室67个，实训基地70个。有专任教师517人中，其中副教授以上159人。
With the approval of Shandong Provincial Education Department, the specialty of Business English an d specialties of Business Japanese an d International Trade in our college have realized their 3+2 Staged Cultivation from Higher Vocational Education to Undergraduate Education in collaboration with Shandong Normal University an d Shandong University of Science an d Technology respectively.
