JobResponsibilities: 1.Youwillestablishtheprojectplanbaseline:defineprojectscope,securethenecessaryresourcesandplansandmonitorallactivities 2.Driveprojectexecution:trackprojectactivities,monitorandhandlechanges,conflictsandcriticalissues 3.Handlecustomerandpartnerengagement:managecustomerrelationshipbuildingconfidenceandtrust,ensureprojectprogressarrangingmeetingsandcustomerevents 4.Handleprojectfinance:ensurefinancialsystemmonitoring 5.Developthebusiness:participatetocontractpreparationandtopre-salesmeeting 6.DeveloptheCPMdiscipline:simplifyprocesses,methodsandtoolswithcreativeideas KeyQualifications: 1.Bachelor’sdegreeinTelecommunicationorElectronicEngineering,atleast3years’experienceinTelecommunicationarea.ChineseisamustwhileproficiencywiththeEnglishLanguage 2.GoodknowledgeofRadionetwork（2G,3G,4G）,andfamiliarwith5Gproductportfolios/applicationscenarios.BusinessUnderstanding,familiarwith5G/IoTandCloudindustrychainandmarketstatus 3.GoodMarketandcustomerinsight,highcompetenceonbusiness-orientedcustomerengagementandinfluenceskill,familiarwithsalesprocess,occupationalHealth&Safety（OHS）,securityandcompliancepolicyofEricsson. 4.GoodexperienceonprojectmanagementonbothHW/SWandservicedelivery,familiarwithprojectmanagementofiterativeandagiledevelopment 5.Goodscopemanagementexperienceonlargescaleofproject,familiarwithchangerequestprocessandmanagement. 6.Goodcommunicationcompetencetosetupandmanagevirtualteamfromdifferentfunctionsandareas.Highcollaborationsensetolead/supervise/planandorganizeresourcetoachieveprojecttargetandwincustomersatisfaction.
