Leading new business pitch, achieve targets an d client s objective;;带领新业务的发展，实现公司和客户的目标；3. Develop innovative, strategic, creative proposals according to clients needs, take accurate client briefs, ultimately responsible for its implement on time;根据客户的需求提供具有新意，策略，创意性有建议，准确地把握客户诉求，最终负责项目有效实施；4. Establish an d maintain positive client relationships, develop senior-level client relationship & potential client database for new business approach;建立并维护良好的客户关系，同时发展新客户；5. Maintain an d develop acＣount existing business, identify new business opportunities, contribute to company revenue targets;维护和发展现有业务，开拓新的业务，帮助公司的业绩目标达成；6. Assign prescribed activities within a program to members of acＣount teams;合理分配团队成员的工作任务7. Manage acＣount teams an d oversee all acＣount servicing, control quality;管理团队和监督整个项目的服务质量；8. Monitor programs to ensure it s carried out within budget an d timetable representations;确保项目的时间进程及预算管理；9. Review an d approve all key product prior to client submission;确保所有关键项目节点的审核；10. Ensure that department adheres to budget parameters, control P & L of projects an d team expenses;确保部门相应预算，控制损益项目和团队的费用；11. Develop an d maintain healthy an d good relationships with an d between team members;维护和保持与团队成员之间的良好的关系；12. Actively manage an d motivate professional an d administrative staffs;积极地管理和激励团队成员；13. Oversee staff an d team development including coaching, mentoring.监督人员及团队开发，包括培训，指导。
Job Requirements任职资格：1. 具备丰富的客户服务管理经验及优秀的策略思考能力。2. 性格外向，独立，具备良好的自我激励能力及人际交往能力；3. 强大的领导力和团队管理，多任务管理的能力；4. 战略和创造性的思想家；5. 具有优秀的沟通能力和中英文书写和口语能力。6. 有服务奢侈品品牌、汽车或酒类广告、活动经验者优先。
薪资福利：公司与团队利润对半分成。
