AM Take care of Technology /Bank/ pharmaceutical industry client该职位负责 科技类／外资银行类／外资医药类客户
Responsibilities 岗位职责:· Manage all client projects from brief through to delivery ensuring final materials are on time an d of the highest quality负责所有客户项目，从brief开始直至项目结束，确保按时高质交付。· Provide agendas an d detailed contact report following all client meetings （face to face an d phone calls）根据客户会议（面对面或者电话会议）安排日程及提供相应合同、报告细节。· Co-ordinate between all relevant parties - internal （Print, Broadcast, Digital etc） an d external （Clients an d agencies） where necessary to ensure things get done协调所有内部（印刷、Broadcast、数字等）及外部（客户、代理商）各方，确保项目顺利进行。· Where project managers/producers are involved, take responsibility for ongoing communication, tracking project progress an d status vs schedule, timings, delays etc有制片需要介入的项目，负责持续沟通，跟踪项目进程，更新状态及把控进度，避免延迟。· Provide administrative support to team as required必要的时候提供行政类工作支持
Job requirements 任职要求:· 3-5 years managing an d servicing international acＣounts3-5年负责国际大客户的经验
· Experience working in transcreation, translation, localization有负责过创译、翻译、本地化项目经验者优先
· Experience working in TV, Digital and/or Print production有TVC\数字项目或者印刷制作经验
· Strong time management/prioritisation skills较强的时间管理及资源分配能力
· Strong project management skills较强的项目管理能力· Must possess good verbal/written skills bothinEnglishand Chinese必须有熟练的中英文书面及口头沟通能力
