招聘人数：5-8人 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 岗位职责Responsibilities1.良好的沟通技巧和工作清晰思路，提供专业的商业地产咨询服务Good communication an d organizational skills to provide a professional tailor made consulting services2.开发潜在租户沟通，提供办公室中介服务Business Development Capability to find potential tenants an d offering office agency services.3.为客户匹配房源并制定完善的看房计划，确保房源符合客户需求并且为带看工作做准备Matching the request an d making suitable site inspection plan for the clients, ensure that the requirement is in accordance with tenants wishes an d prepare the next steps in order to deliver the premises4.与客户、房东进行双向谈判，促成办公楼租赁合同签订，提供后续增值服务，等等Engage in negotiations with tenants an d landlords, contributed in signing the contract an d providing value-added services, etc.

任职要求Requirements1.年龄22岁-35岁之间，英语专业本科或以上学历，要求英语专业8级，法语/德语/西班牙/阿拉伯语/或其它小语种专业同时持有英语6级或相关同等证书者，优先考虑。Age between 22 to 35 years old, holding a bachelor’s degree passed TEM-8 Ｏr relative similar English Certificate, majoring in French/German/Spanish/Arabian Ｏr other languages, but passed CET-6 Ｏr relevant English Certificate are preferred.2.英文听说读写流利,能与外籍客户电话及面对面交流及书面英语能力，了解中西方文化，商务差异。Fluent in English listening, speaking, capable of reading an d writing, in order to communicate with foreign clients without difficulty. A good understanding of culture an d business protocol.3.具备良好的沟通表达能力，理解客户需求Having good communication ability, an d fully understanding the client’s needs.4.良好人际交往技巧，工作积极主动，乐观开朗。能承受销售业绩压力的挑战，并有工作责任心Interpersonal, proactive, optimistic, an d willing to work under pressure an d responsible.5.敏锐的洞察力，较强的抗压能力；勇于接受房产行业的压力和挑战The keen insight, strong compressive capacity; Have the courage to accept the housing industry of pressure an d challenges.6.外企公司或海外留学经历优先考虑。 Working experience in foreign company Ｏr study abroad is a plus.
