天猫运营经理/Tmall Operation Manager

到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 工作内容领导天猫店铺以及其他平台（京东等等）运营管理， 具体包括天猫店铺店面设计装修，站内站外营销，日常运营及维护， 内外部电商工具整合， IT及技术平台整合建立及销售管理；与公司内部团队（ 线上媒体， 设计， 客户服务及制作）和外部供应商（第三方IT及技术支持， 仓库，及物流）紧密合作；负责组织周会，与内外部团队及时跟进管理项目进度; 负责及监管具体项目的天猫客服支持；积极参与客户提案、发现性会议、创意会议、战略规划会议、执行会议； 对天猫数据库进行日常管理，包括数据发掘， 分析及制定天猫CRM项目策略以实现更大程度的销售转化；在工作内容相似的情况下（天猫商城、数字营销等），将至多负责其他行业1~3个客户项目.
职位需求 有3到5年以上客户服务及线上营销专业经验; 有运营天猫商城、淘宝店、京东或其他线上平台经验; 熟知天猫的各项操作，流程，天猫的规则; 擅长数字绩效营及电子商务解决方案的策划； 普通话及英语听、说能力流利, 拥有出色的口头沟通及各个层面的表达能力;能够熟练应用办公软件及网站推广相关工具，有极强的文案写作能力及网站推广策划 ; 良好问题解决能力; 有极强的组织能力及细节观察能力。
Main Role & Responsibilities Leading Tmall an d other platforms （Jing Dong etc.） operation an d store management including creative an d site decoration, onsite an d offsite marketing, daily operation, ongoing maintenance, internal an d external eCommerce tool integration, IT & technical platform integration build up an d sales managementWork closely with internal teams （digital media, creative, acＣount servicing an d production ） an d external team （ 3rd party of IT & technical, warehousing, fulfillment） Responsible an d overseeing the customer service support for the particular acＣounts on Tmall Conducting weekly meetings an d ongoing Ｕpdates about the current work status of their projects with internal an d externalActively participate in client presentations, discovery meetings, creative meetings, strategy planning meeting, execution an d operation meetingsManage the Tmall database, including data mining, data analysis an d work out the strategy of Tmall CRM program to generate more sales Will eventually to work on 1-3 acＣounts but similar scope of work （TMall, digital marketing, etc.）
Qualifications Requirements Min. 3-5 years professional experience in acＣount management an d digital marketing Previous experience in operating a Tmall, Taobao JD Ｏr other online platform Familiar with rules, regulations, processes of Tmall Very good in planning of online performance marketing an d ecommerce solutions Fluent in both spoken an d written Mandarin Chinese an d English. Excellent in verbal communication an d presentation skill with all levelsProfessional office software an d website promotion tools user, strong writing skills an d website promotion planning skills Effective problem-solving skills required Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail
