Responsible for the engine installation quality assessment for the vehicle an d machine integration, assess the engine installation quality include the air intake system, fuel system, cooling system an d exhaust system performance, an d determine if all the engine installation performance meet standard.Responsible for vehicle/machine performance an d vehicle emission test, make test plan, implement test an d analyse the test data.Responsible for the vehicle/machine field-test validation for engine new design parts, engine calibration an d engine reliability. Make the test plan according to the VPI program reliability test requirement; implement the test, record all the issues occurred in the test an d report an d analysis the issues for the program team.
负责整车整机发动机安装质量评估，评估发动机安装质量包括进气系统、燃油系统、冷却系统、排气系统性能，并确定发动机安装性能是否符合标准。负责车辆/机器性能和车辆排放测试，制定测试计划，实施测试并分析测试数据。负责发动机新设计部件的整车/机器现场测试验证、发动机校准和发动机可靠性。根据VPI程序可靠性测试要求制定测试计划;实施测试，记录测试中出现的所有问题，并向项目团队报告和分析问题
