Job Scope: Under CEO an d VP,establish an d facilitate the process of: Corporate three-year strategy planShow an d online strategy reviewPrepare CEO board an d other presentationsAssist planning of senior executive meetingsPerform ad hoc analysis an d activitiesResponsibilities: Build the company three-year strategic planning process from scratch, including design plan document template, create timeline, assign ownership. Provide team training an d coaching of the new process an d template. Enforce ownership an d ensure on-time delivery of plan documents.Build show an d online strategy review process from scratch, including design plan document templates, create timeline, assign ownership. Provide team training an d coaching of the new process an d template. Enforce ownership an d ensure on-time delivery of plan documents.Prepare CEO board an d other presentations.Assist planning of senior executive meetings. an d follow up on action items.Perform other ad hoc analysis an d activities.Will have access to highly confidential information.
Requirements: Degree holder, two years of management consulting experience.Oral an d written communication in English, Cantonese an d Mandarin.Good communicator an d presenter.Enjoy interacting with people.Very well organized & excellent time-management skills.Exceptional Power Point an d Excel skills.The ability to analyze an d think critically to influence without authority.A self-starter with strong curiosity who is eager to learn.Able to travel up to 10% of the time.Experience working in management consulting firms an d trade show companies an advantageous.
