Job Responsibilities:The main responsbility of this position includes but not limits to the following:1. Prepare detailed conceptual cost estimates at the design concept stage;2. Building a transparent, fact-based an d consistent boots costing platform for the responsible brands Ｏr division. Focus on products an d customers to drive optimization of price /value ratio;3. Identify cost impacts of proposed design changes to ensure cost-effective;4. Provide timely, fact-based, quality cost information to headquarters;5. Continually drive costing process improvement. Establish an d enforce standardized costing procedures across all brands an d divisions;6. Build loyal, mutually beneficial business models with factories through collaboration an d teamwork based on confirmed standards an d an understanding of the cost drivers within each factory an d the Sportmaster product.;7. Liaise with clients, vendors an d inter-departments to ensure smooth operations are appropriately maintained;8. Prepare regular analytical reports including cost analysis, liabilities costing an d value engineering;9. Have price knowledge of the raw materials for boots;10. Know the cost construction of boots ;11. Know the materils an d fabric market;12. With good knowledge in fabric will be an advantage;13. Know to set up the Bill Of Materials & computerized of cost sheet;14. Know the cost structure of boots factory;15. Know to check an d analysis the cost breakdown from supplier;16. Able to work independently an d handle multiple tasks;17. Have to cooperate with suppliers, local an d overseas offices;
Qualifications:1. Language Abilities: Speak, write an d read English. If know Russian language, it is add-value;2. Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Power point;3. Working Experience: Min. 3 years costing experience in boots/footwear/skates industry;4. Education: University Graduate.
