Job DescriptionThe successful applicant needs to be highly technical, needs to assist with product development （slg, llg） an d to follow a smooth transition from sampling to production. Roles an d Responsibilities- Working alongside an d report to the PRC Technicaland QA Manager in Product Development an d Industrialization on the day-to-day demands.- Following up with factories for all developments, sampling an d production, helping to assure all queries are clearly answered - Checking the quality of Raw materials for sampling & production an d reporting any occurringquality issues- Assisting at ensuring that all delivery dates are monitored an d report about any critical paths.- Reviewing an d assisting at the approving of Sealed Samples an d Pre-Production samples.- Highly focused on industrialization - Assist with continued efforts to control an d improve product quality an d maintaining standards.- Assist with QC of the bulk production an d controlthe accuracy of the QC report provided by QC.- Assistat the ongoing research into sustainable solutions across the Product development an d Production.Skills required- Hard working with a positive attitude- Must have a strong understanding of technical, construction an d manufacturing methods within accessories.- Knowledge an d understanding of different materials, Leather, PU, PVC, reinforcements- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role is required- Confidence to work independently an d work well under pressure. Possess excellent organisational skills, working to a critical path at all stages.- Clear, effective communication skills （written an d verbal） to all internal an d external parties- Self-motivation, confidence an d enthusiasm with the ability to work within a team environment.- A proactive an d forward-thinking attitude- Excellent PC skills （Microsoft Word, Excel）.Language skillsFluent in English, Mandarin
