Responsibilities: 1. Efficiently manage full-lifecycle of projects including business requirements, project planning, implementation, monitor an d control, risk handling, project roll-out an d customer validation to ensure a streamlined process2. Forecast an d utilise project resources in an efficient manner to ensure project is delivered on time, within scope an d budget3. Create/edit specific customer documents with high standardization including functional specifications for customers, high level technical specifications for developers, UAT testing plan, etc4. Find efficient an d practical solutions to given requirements which closely adhere to programming an d testing standards, accuracy an d creativity5. Give professional guidance an d appropriate support to project teams during development of projects an d the final validation6. Manage an d monitor project team to ensure enhanced work efficiency, high motivation an d good team spirit7. Collaborate with quality control team, project team to manage an d optimise UAT phase ensuring project issues Ｏr bugs are sorted, an d satisfactory client’s feedback as well8. Take responsibility of quality of the project by guaranteeing all project functions are flawless an d validating delivery of the project meticulously, ensuring smooth project go-live9. Communicate with customer effectively an d promptly in kick-off meeting, specifications validation, follow-up meetings, UAT validation to meet customers needs10. Give sufficient support to customers to meet customers satisfaction by answering customers inquires, resolving matters an d complaints
Requirements:Bachelor degree Ｏr equivalent qualification PMP Certificate （Desirable）Strong experience in web project management processExperience with e-commerce solutions （especially Magento, demandware, hybris） （Desirible）Programming Skills of object Oriented PHP, javascript, HTML/CSS, Ajax an d optimizing MySQLGood managerial skills to work with other team membersGood command of English an d MandarinA good team player with excellent communication an d interpersonal skillsAnalytical skills an d organizational skills
