工作内容：Job description职位描述：- - Familiar with the entire order process from sample development to shipping熟悉从样品开发到出货的整个采购流程- - Contact closely with customers & factories & QC department & Logistic department, confirm sample an d bulk order operation details, follow an d feedback timely;与客户、工厂、QC以及物流部积极联系，确认样品和大货操作细节，及时跟踪反馈- - Deal with customer complaints, follow an d feedback timely处理客户投诉，及时跟踪反馈- - Take care of clients efficiently有效期服务客户。Job requirements:职位要求- - Minimum 2-3 years work experience, ideally in disposable medical products至少2-3年工作经验,最好是医用耗材类产品- - Out-going, team player, pro-active, problem solver, energetic, able to work independently an d under pressure外向,团队精神,积极主动,问题解决者,精力充沛,能够在压力下独立工作- - Strong ability in E-mail correspondence w/ foreign customers a MUST!有较强的跟国外客人邮件沟通的能力是必须的 — Excellent master of written English required an d good conversational as well优秀的书面英语能力和口语沟通能力
