1.Leader to coordinate the planning, tasks, people, an d information in all development phases. (Phase 0: Opportunity Evaluation & Quotation, Phase 1: Definition an d Planning, Phase 2: Development, T1,T2 & T3, BAT. Phase 3: Product Realization Qualification & Industrialization, Phase 4: Production Ramp up, Phase 5: Close the project).领导协调计划各开发阶段。(阶段0:机会评估&报价,阶段1:定义和规划、阶段2:开发,T1,T2和T3,BAT。阶段3: 产品实现资格&工业化阶段4:生产增加,阶段5:关闭项目)。2. Coordinate an d manage tasks an d planning. Work with designer, Tooling an d Process engineer to prepare an d define technical solution, including product, industrial process an d possible machine an d industrial peripheries. Actions shall clearly identify owners an d due date.Project manager shall prepare a clear PPT file with all information ready prior to the kick off meeting, including planning, drawing, KPI, budget, project board checklist an d etc. The files shall be sent to all Qualipac China directors an d project team to start the phase 1 to 5. (Prefer to cosmetic industry.) 3年以上化妆品行业塑料包装产品开发经验 Familiar with plastic product design, plastic mold an d process. Excellent experience in R&D project management. 熟悉塑胶产品的设计,熟悉塑胶模具及其工艺。有优秀的项目管理经验。 Good coordination an d communication skills. 具有良好的组织协调能力,善于沟通。 Familiar with Solid works. 熟练使用Solid works软件。 Good English in reading, writing, listening an d speaking. (It’s better to understand French as well.) 英语读写听说良好(法语优先考虑)。 Handling issues carefully an d patiently, actively thinking, full of innovation spirit an d excellent team work skill. 办事沉稳、细致,思维活跃,有创新精神,良好的团队合作意识
