The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the installation, repair an d troubleshooting of centric 8 PLM . This includes working with R&D , product managers, field consultants, customers, leading product an d process improvements Responsibilities ? Investigates an d resolves simple support issues independently an d productively. ? Investigates an d resolves moderately complex support issues that require thorough knowledge of product features with the help of more senior support specialists, centric QA an d developers. ? Identifies product defects based on product design an d customer issues. ? Uses workaround an d patches correctly an d designs new workaround solutions ? Able to work on critical customer issues an d hot-line support issues with guidance of more senior engineers ? Performs code instrumentation Or fixing at source code level for non-complex problems. ? Install Centric 8 PLM into customers test Or production servers. Location: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen PRC of China
