TheInformationTechnologyDepartmentofUbisoftShanghaiislookingforanERPSupportAnalysttoprovidefunctionalandbasictechnicalsupportforthecompany’sinternalERPSystemforinternaluserslocatedinourworldwideoffices,ontheSupplyChainManagementmodules（OrderManagement,Inventory,Manufacturing,CostManagement）

Yourtasks:
·Performfunctionalandbasictechnicalanalysisontheassignedsupportticketsandhandlethecommunicationwiththeusers;
·CollaboratecloselywithSupportDeveloperstoidentifythebestsolutionsforbugcorrections/developmentsintherequesteddeadlines;
·Createworkingprocedures,build-upknowledgedatabaseandfunctionaldocumentation;
·Providetrainingsforapplicationusers,providingaglobalvisionofanintegratedsystem;
·CreateSQLqueriesandrequestdataＵpdatesinthedatabase;
·Performregularsystemmonitoringanddataclean-upactivities;
Qualifications
Jobskills:
·Universitygraduate;
·PreviousexperienceinIT,preferablyaroundERPsystems;
·OrpreviousexperienceinCustomerSupport;
·OrpreviousexperienceinAcＣounting/Procurement/Sales,Logistics&Distribution;
·SQL/Oracledatabasesknowledge;
·KnowledgeofSupplyChain;
·GoodwrittenandoralknowledgeofEnglish,Frenchisaplus.
