1. Prepare an d ensure monthly payroll for regular staff, outsourced staff paid an d distributor allowance paid 2. Prepare an d ensure monthly social security scheme Updated, paid, reconciled, adjusted against employment situation 3. Run attendance record report monthly an d spot-check attendance summary by departments against payroll payment an d compensation leave calculation 4. Salary an d Social Charges OPL budget preparation 5. Consolidate performance appraisals an d ASR exercise 6. Handle labour disbutes for arbitration Or at court, handle government relations for labour bureau, labour inspection section, etc. 7. Develop staff 8. Other ad hoc reports/tasks upon request by superior an d NCL HR 9. Sort out any pending HR issues (like SSS back up for mandatory requirement) an d provide suggestions Requirements:Preferably Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Science, Finance etc.3 Years relevant working experiences in Compensation an d BenefitProficiency in SAP, Microsoft office softwaresGood communication skills; Ability to work under pressureGood English skill
