MainResponsibilities:?LeadlogisticssystemdevelopmentincludesbutnotlimitsonTMS/WMS/SAP/Newsystemintegration,MDMstructuredesign,operationalprocessstreamlineetc?Monitorlogisticsoperationflowandcrosscheckwarehousehealth,eliminateoperationalgaps?Maintainlogisticsusermanual/systemperformanceandtestingscript/authoritytoconserveknowledge?Supportprocessoptimization/automationprojects,provideinputsfromsystemperspective?Monitorallinbound&in-house&outboundlogisticsphysicalflowtocontrolreliabilityandcost?EnsureEHSregulationforwarehousemanagementandtracecomplianceofnationallaw®ulationonceapplied?TrackcustomClearanceandCIQprogressforeachSKUperShipment,BeresponsibleforinventoryaccuracyofF.GandVASpackagingetc.?Direct,coachandmotivatebondedwarehouseteamstafftocontinuouslyimproveefficiencyincludesbutnotlimitsonreportdevelopment,systeminterface,storagelevelimprovementetc.
Qualifications:?BachelorDegreeorabove.?FluentEnglishcommunicationskills.?5yearsandaboveexperienceinlogisticsrelatedworkinFMCGindustry?Goodatdataanalysis,goodatidentifyingrisksandopportunitiesfromthedata.?Strongabilityofriskandcompliancecontrol.?Developbizprocessreengineeringandbizmodelcapability?FamiliarwithCustomerClearanceprocedureandinternationaltransportationwillbepreferred
