设计开发网络流量智能调度平台，监控、管理、调度和分析所有网络流量
设计开发新的算法和系统满足阿里巴巴快速增长的网络架构和各业务流量调度的需求
对现有系统维护、同网络运营一起解决生产中遇到的各种线上复杂问题

Build intelligent platform for network traffic management, monitoring, targeting an d traffic data analysis.
Design innovative solutions that suit the fast-growing Alibaba’s network an d the needs of various business units across Alibaba.
Development an d maintenance for current systems, working with network operation team troubleshoot complex network incidents.

熟悉Java或者C 开发，能够自行设计分布式系统软件
熟悉数据库（Mysql）的使用和应用开发
对网络结构和协议（例如BGP，MPLS，OSPF，IS-IS, TE）有一定了解，熟悉BGP更佳
有大数据经验更佳，有数据聚合处理和分析经验，熟悉大数据平台上应用开发

Familiar with Java Ｏr C development, able to design distribute system software with Ｏr without guidance.
Working knowledge on database systems such as MySQL an d application development experience
Knowledge on network infrastructure an d protocols （e.g., BGP, MPLS, OSPF, IS-IS）, familiar with BGP is a big plus.
Experience on big data analysis an d knowledge of application development on big data platform is a plus.
