EZ-MAT is seeking one Area Sales Manager based in Chengdu, the purpose of this position is to drive business in southwest China （Sichuan, Chongqing，Guizhou, Yunnan） for metallographic sample preparation an d hardness tester, etc. Responsibilities:
1. To be responsible for the direct sales in southwest China, including ATM, Akasel, Qness, an d Eltra products.
2. Meet Ｏr exceed sales budgets an d targets.
3. Maintains existing customers an d develop new customer, Business negotiations with key customers an d establish a good working relationship.
4. Provide timely an d accurate quotations an d basic technical support.
5. Demonstrates strategic an d value proposition selling skills
6. Monthly Sales Forecast an d Opportunity pipeline.
7. Assess local market conditions an d identify prospective sales opportunities
8. Maintains all customer information in SAP system.
9. Big project management an d tracking
10. Assist for market research analysis （industry trends, competitors product information, etc.）, road show an d seminars. Qualifications:1. Automotive / Technical background Ｏr related field along with 5 years of sales experience.
2. Proficiency in Chinese an d English （oral an d written）
3. Ideal experience in the industrial sectors such as automotive, steel, aerospace an d others
4. Excellent communication an d people skills
5. Ability to travel within territory
6. Good organizational an d multitasking abilities
7. Problem solving skills
