IT Operation Manager

招聘人数：1-3人 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 Responsibility:The IT operation manager is mainly responsible for IT operation steering an d manage incidents.· End-2-end responsibility for local IT operation of ODM backend an d frontend · Manage incident process an d steer IT operation supplier · Prepare, align, manage an d review changes within Kubernetes platform, related tools （e.g. Kibana,）, JIRA, infrastructure components （MQTT, Database, Glassfish, …） an d related cloud hardware （AWS）· Manage the local operation team, prepare an d steer regular project meeting· Continuously improve the performance of local operations by scheduling Knowledge Transfer sessions, implementation of manual/automated monitoring.· Perform lessons learned after each major incidents to improve service quality· Act as 1st level contact person for any IT system relevant crisis issues.
Qualification:· University degree level Ｏr higher in Computer Science Ｏr E/E （equivalents will be considered）.· At least 2 years working experience in IT service area （operation）· Familiar with IT ticket system （e.g. JIRA）· Knowledge of Micro Services architecture an d implementation is preferred.· Basic Backend development knowledge is preferred;· Able to learn new technology in a short period.· Ideally experience in AWS Cloud architecture an d technology （RDS, Elastic Search）.· Abel to work under pressure;· Communicate effectively an d efficiently via phone, e-mail, an d in-person meetings;· Good English speaking an d writing skills.· Ability to work evenings preferred. · Honest, Start-up spirit, passion on new business;
