工作职责：· 与客户沟通交流，深度挖掘背景经历素材，定位求职方向· 为客户提供职业规划、简历优化、面试笔试培训、网申和岗位推荐等服务· 帮助客户掌握行业知识、提升求职技能，从而在求职过程中脱颖而出· 解答客户在求职过程中遇到的问题· 参加专业培训与交流，提高简历和求职辅导服务专业水平· 定期汇报服务进度和客户反馈，协助优化产品，提升客户体验
职位要求：· 本科及以上学历，具有人力资源（招聘/培训）、猎头或咨询从业经历· 熟悉至少一个行业领域，熟悉人才市场行情及名企招聘流程、需求和职业发展· 具有优秀的英语读写能力，海归背景优先，英语专业八级优先· 对职业咨询行业感兴趣，乐于并善于沟通和分享，逻辑思维缜密· 具有亲和力，较强的责任感、敬业精神与职业道德操守，注重细节
