招聘人数：1-3人 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 Job Descriptions: Ensure all tasks are completed according to SOP an d KPIs POS system data entry To support sales for project business, e.g. all types of documentation preparation Receive, manage, categorize, file, distribute an d retrieve drawing an d documentation from contractor / subcontractors an d customer as a key person Manage all types of engineering an d project documents in the industry, the discipline ownership an d relevance, process such as generation, review/ checking, revision. Issuing, an d filling out quotations for existing business an d new opportunities, in accordance with instructions from sales an d operation manager Troubleshooting of service related issues/problems in close co-operation with other business departments Other tasks as required

Basic qualifications: Degree holder preferably in technical/mechanical Minimum 1 year working experiences as customer service Ｏr related positions in distributes industry Ｏr manufacture Proficient in written English Strong relevant IT skill sets, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Proactive, self-driven an d willing to take initiatives
