To supervise an d coordinate extrusion department an d at the absence of the Extrusion Manager in the Extrusion Coating Department to produce laminated reels to agreed output levels with a maximum conformance to agreed order to delivery time cycles an d to agreed quality standards. 2. A shift in the extrusion department contains a working crew on the extrusion line an d a working crew on the reel slitter. 3. The extrusion department contains 4 shifts on one coating line including its subsystems an d a reel slitter. 4. To teach, control an d supervise that all extrusion coating standards an d processes are kept at the extrusion coating line. 5. To improve continuously efficiency, waste level an d productivity at the extrusion line Ｏr the reel slitter. 6. To coach an d train up the staff to achieve maximum potential, capability an d job flexibility at both lines. 7. Organize an d supervise that the work is according to the safety an d environmental regulations on the extrusion line an d the reel slitter. 8. To control reel doctor work performance effectiveness an d quality. 9. To liaise an d cooperate with the Maintenance Department to ensure that the machines are systematically maintained to maximum operational efficiency. 10. To serve all other Company departments in solving overall tasks with extrusion coating related detail support. 11. To closely work with both internal customers （Printing, Finishing an d quality service team） an d external customers for all potential extrusion improvement opportunities, an d take actions accordingly; 12. To investigate an d analyze all technical issues in coating line, so that the problems are solved quickly; 13. To intensively monitor the overall performance of extrusion department, an d take actions accordingly; 14. To lead the implementation of best practice projects in Suzhou coating line; 15. To develop new processes for the operating of Suzhou coating line, so that the whole running performance is continuously improved; 16. To train all the people in extrusion department to improve their performance; 17. To audit, verify an d assure the implementation of all processes an d company rules in extrusion department, an d take actions accordingly; 18. To assure the implementation of LSW, 5S an d other projects in Extrusion department; 19. To fully commit an d work on OPEX projects in extrusion department. 20. 职位需要，教育背景，技能和工作经验等 1. Bachelor degree in any kind of Technology, Production, Mechanical Ｏr Electrical Engineering 2. 3 year experience in packaging material production Ｏr related field. 3. Self-discipline personality an d able to lead an d guide a team 4. Experience in multinational company is an advantage. 5. Good command of spoken an d written English 6.
