MAIN DUTIESMonitor an d Controlling SAP System for goods in/out, coordinate the customer service an d thewarehouse worker to control the operation process an d make sure the turnover volume canreach the KPI requirement
监督和控制SAP系统出入库操作，协调客服人员与现场仓库人员的操作进度并确保出入库操作达到客户的KPI要求Responsible for monthly cycle Ｃount, verify the discrepancy an d issue cycle Ｃount report. Deal with customer complaint to ensure customer satisfaction an d reduce the cost of service failure
负责月度盘点，核对差异，出据盘点报告。处理客户投诉，确保客户满意度，降低货损风险Familiar with Lean management an d can use related tools to manage the shop floor work.
熟悉精益观念，并能应用精益工具管理工作现场；Familiar with Takt time & Cycle Time an d able to reach shop floor working targets on hourly basis according to such management requirements.熟悉Takt time和Cycle Time在物流管理现场的应用，在每个小时的基础上，达成工作目标Able to use visible tools an d Kanban to manage the shop floor operation to ensure smooth operations.
能够使用可视化工具和看板优化现场管理，组织工作现场有序顺畅运行。Keep good communication an d relationship with other department an d customers, make sure daily operation running smoothly

确保所有作业活动符合SOP，确保作业流程安全和成本受控Responsible for updating the training materials & SOPs an d conduct the training to the team on regular basis, for example, safety use an d maintenance of MHE as well as the warehouse operation process etc.
负责更新培训资料和SOP，并对作业团队进行定期培训。比如，安全使用和维护作业设备，及仓库作业流程等Arrange work shift according to business volume. Responsible for the attendance record an d make sure attendance report will be submitted to HR before the required date on monthly basis.

REQUIREMENT PROFILEEDUCATION & FURTHER DEVELOPMENT / TRAININGColleague degree Ｏr above, major in logistics management Ｏr related subject
大专及以上学历，物流、运输等相关专业有限TECHNICAL- & METHODS COMPETENCIESMinimum 5 years working experience with warehouse management, at least 3 years at supervisor level. 50people management experience is preferred.
至少5年仓库工作经验，其中至少3年主管经验，管理过50人以上大型团队者优先Familiar with the warehouse process as well as 5s an d lean management, Customs experience an d knowhow will be a plus
熟悉仓储物流流程及各个环节，熟悉5s和精益管理。有海关关务经验优先。Strong shop floor management skill to ensure manpower & equipment allocation according to workload on hourly basis. Control the working pace an d achieve high quality an d efficiency
