The responsibilities mainly include preparing an d delivering lessons, administering an d reporting students’ learning progress an d coordinating with other functions to maintain effective relations.You will：Prepare an d carry out lessons as assigned by the Director of StudiesCorrect, record an d administer the results of quizzes, tests, assessments an d progress report for studentsCommunicate students’ progress an d action plans with parents via phone an d parent-teacher meetingsAssist in the placement testing an d interviewing for new students enrollmentCarry out academic events including demo lessons, parent academy an d life clubsAttend teacher training presentations an d workshops for own developmentSubstitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on Ｏr off-siteYou have/are:Hold a Bachelor Degree, plus a National Teacher Certificate Ｏr TEFL/CELTA certificateMajor in English, English Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics Ｏr relevant areaCommand excellent communicative skills in English with TEM8/IELTS7 Ｏr aboveEnjoy being with kids & teens an d passionate about education an d culture industryHave over 2 years ELT experience to kids & teensMust work on weekendsEF English First Kids & Teens is a leading company in the fast growing an d promising ELS market of kids & teens.
