Duties an d Responsibilities:Directly responsible for Depot an d Field Service teams from a day-day management an d oversight.Responsible for China region overall service growth strategy, revenues, infrastructure development, process improvements, customer engagement, aftermarket sales, warranty, calibration, repairs, modifications, technical support an d training.Responsible for timely execution of all aspects of quoting, scope & workload management, dispatch, safety, logistics, quality, documentation, service reports, invoicing.Perform calibration, repairs, upgrades, installation an d commissioning on Uson products.Manage the parts inventory an d logistics, ensure that stock is efficient an d accurate.Serves as an escalation contact for customer for problem resolution an d provides technical/operation/commercial expertise in response to customer inquiries to keep system downtime to a minimum.Focus on continuous improvement of processes/procedures to support service objectives an d make service a differentiator for Uson.Communicate daily with team regarding progress, issues/concerns an d facilitate resolution by working with responsible parties.Weekly reviews on team KPI’s an d provide monthly Update to leadership team on service performance.Ensure adherence to ISO policies an d procedures as applicable.Hire, train, develop an d appraise staff effectively. Take corrective action as necessary on a timely basis an d in accordance with company policy.All other reasonable duties, as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in engineering Or MBA preferred.Prior work experience in measuring an d testing instrument preferredMinimum 5 years of Sales/Operations/Customer service experience required.Minimum 3 years of team leadership/management experienceMust have excellent English verbal an d written communication skills.Ability to exercise independent judgment to provide appropriate customer solutionsMust be familiar with MS Office products, CRM an d ERP platforms.Working knowledge of KPIs tracking an d reportingMust be service-oriented, able to communicate effectively an d display a professional an d positive demeanorMust be able to work in a cross-cultural matrix team environmentAbility to meet deadlines an d work in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Requirements:Ability to hear an d verbally exchange ideas an d information with the public, staff an d others on the phone an d in the office.This position will frequently be required to sit, stand, an d walk.This position may lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, an d ability to adjust focus.Use finger dexterity to operate a computer an d other office equipment an d hand strength to grasp files an d other objects.May require the ability to climb stairs, to kneel and/or crouch to retrieve equipment an d other items. Ability to work overtime, as needed.Work Environment: Essential duties of this classification are primarily performed in a dynamic office/manufacturing environment that may include frequent interruptions an d a high level of contact with staff, other members of management, customers, vendors, an d off-site employees/locations.Travel: Domestic an d International travel as needed to customer’s facilities an d conferences (up to 50%).
