招聘人数：1-3人 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 Responsibilities （one Ｏr more of the following）:· Advising customers on test plans related to printed electronics inkjet printing methods· Evaluating print test results· Partitioning process effects from hardware effects an d other effects upstream of the RGB printing process· Integrating Kateeva’s inkjet printing process into the customer’s OLED device process flow· Advising customers on surface preparation an d microscopic dam structures· Providing detailed reports on customer results· Assisting hardware experts in troubleshooting Ｏr optimizing Kateeva’s inkjet printing system to achieve best process performance· Educating the customer on Kateeva’s inkjet printing process· Making inputs to system documentation· Assisting in the closure of customer factory acceptance testing （FAT）· Making inputs during design phase to improve reliability, serviceability, an d process performance· Up to 50% travelRequirements:· English language fluency in speaking an d in writing· Expertise in materials science Ｏr chemistry Ｏr engineering· Graduate work related to OLED/printed electronics preferred
Qualifications:· BS Ｏr higher Engineering, chemistry, material science Ｏr physics degree required· Experience in field service role preferred· Strong written an d verbal communication skills· Experienced in customer management· Ability to work with people speaking English as a second language· Resourceful an d creative in environments with minimal supervision· Ability to dive into leading edge an d highly innovative new deposition technology an d quickly understand mechanical, software, an d process issues· Work with the leading technologists in the field an d quickly grasp advanced concepts in inkjet printing · Extensive exposure to Asia-based manufacturing
