招聘人数：1-3人 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 1. 分解销售目标到所辖各部门，通过进行市场调查并制定相应竞争策略，关注采购信息，结合店内特色并相应调整商品订货、生产、促销等计划，定期回顾报告和记录，并作出达到公司期望的决定，以推进鲜食部门销售目标的完成。 Allocate sales budgets to departments; develop competition strategies with accurate market an d merchandise information. Drive the Fresh department to reach sales budget by adapting logistics, production an d promotion plan, as well as reviewing records an d reports to determine compliance with Company Operational expectations. 2. 通过监管各部门生产、订货和商品陈列计划的实施和定期回顾市场价格和采购毛利目标，保障库存和价格的正确性，管理预算和销售目标，并对销售业绩进行分析，结合本店情况组织制定行动计划，以确保鲜食部门的毛利和损耗达到预期目标。 Supervise the implementation of the production, logistics an d merchandise display plans; periodically review the market prices an d gross profit budget; ensuring pricing an d inventory integrity; managing budgets, projecting sales an d evaluating financial performance; control the gross profit an d loss within budget plans.3. 严格监督潜在商品的高损区域，按照程序去控制损耗，做好风险控制和鲜食质量保证的跟进。并保证所负责的区域有足够的供给去完成既定的工作任务。给员工一个安全卫生的工作环境。 Monitors area for signs of shrink an d potential security risks, following loss prevention, risk control an d quality assurance procedures。Ensuring that your area of responsibility has sufficient supplies to complete assigned duties.
