Major Job Responsibilities· As technical representative to be present in customer plant Ｏr according to customer requirement. Day to day technical interface between customer an d CTC&STC development team during throughout project development.· Onsite technical activity, to support the customer for vehicle integration / system tests. Lead investigation & fixing engineering issues.· Make the first analysis of any failure at customer site during project development & 0km/ warranty returns. Feed lesson & learn to forward model. · To witness customer’s trial run at the customer facility. To participate regular project review with customers an d project weekly meeting.· To collect competition information from the customer an d identify the next business opportunities.
Qualifications· 2 years experiences in automotive background.· Strong knowledge about electronics, software, mechanics.· Fluency in English an d Mandarin· Customer oriented, technical customer relationships in an international context. Good communication skills with customers an d peer staff· Willing to drive vehicle testing in order to detect potential product / SW issues. Capacity in analysis an d synthesis.· Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering.
