负责所有产品的设计和更新，包括新产品开发，现有产品的修改和工艺改进。所有产品的设计和修改都将与澳大利亚设计师团队一起合作完成。
- To assist the Production Manager in enforcing pre-determine an d agreed Quality Control Standards within the production facility an d with contract manufacturers. This includes undertaking surprise inspections at suppliers’ premises, product stress sampling Ｏr recommending process improvements to suppliers to further improve quality.
协助生产经理确认质量控制标准，并按照质量控制标准进行严格的质量检验，包括对半产品、成品的临时抽检，提出工艺改进建议等提高产品质量。
- Ensure timely analysis an d review of all suppliers – ensuring that relationships are professional, negotiations are thorough an d the pipeline of back-up suppliers is fresh

- Finish other works assigned by production manager. This role reports to the Production Manager,

须具备的知识、技能和能力 Knowledge,Skills an d Abilities
- Operational usage of SolidWorks an d AutoCAD for at least 2 years.
至少2年以上Solidworkshe CAD操作经验，能熟练运用这两种软件进行设计绘图。
- University educated with good English fluency.Degree qualified from well-regarded Chinese universities .Degrees to be preferably in Mechanical Ｏr Manufacturing?Engineering.
大专以上学历，机械电气或电子工程专业，英语较好，能独立与国外总公司同事沟通。
- Previous hands-on work in?design, product development Ｏr reverse?engineering?activities.
具有产品开发、设计和逆向工程等从业经验者优先。
- Previous hands-on experience in quality control for metal fabrication based industries. This includes experiences in implementing quality control standards an d guidelines.
必须具有五金机械类质检经验，按照质量控制标准要求进行产品检验。
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking an d problem solving skills required.
很强的分析，决断和处理问题的能力
- Experience in working in metal fabrication industries Ｏr automation manufacturers will be well regarded. Examples include boom gate manufacturers, ?gate manufacturers Ｏr entrance control manufacturers.
具有五金机械或自动门等相关制造企业从业经验者优先。
- Good interpersonal relationship skills with clients an d colleagues overseas
能和客户和海外同事保持良好的人际关系
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems will be well regarded.
具有ERP从业经验者优先。
