To achieve the timely an d efficient delivery of Facility Management services to Client s staffs in Client’s Sites an d support of their business needs in accordance with the Service Levels an d Key Performance Indicators set out below.
As a front desk clerk, the one should be mature on front desk service an d front desk service team management. She/he should take the responsibility to match the service goal by FM an d fully understand an d strictly follow up company related policy.
1. Switchboard operation
2. Responsible for monthly telephone list Update.
3. Professional guest reception/ notice related employee go to front desk for welcome/ timely arrange tea lady for tea an d monitor the service level.
4. Meeting room booking arrangement & meeting room daily check-up accord to standard, good meeting room environment tracking. Meeting room facility checking & setup before each meeting upon users requirement.
5. Main coordinator on employee business travel ticket/hotel booking/ Travel Insurance document. Strictly follow company Updated travel policy an d approval/ operation/financial review process.
6. Other front desk support service once Hub lead confirmed.
7. Coordinate on any other soft service request an d resource offering.
8. Responsible for company pool car booking.
9. Back up for mail room service when necessary.
10. Name plate checking & updating by request.
11. In charge of stationery application.
12. Client satisfaction

1. Management of seconded staff an d service contracts/suppliers.
2. Successful completion of scheduled activities. Prompt an d courteous response to Client’s requests.
3. Provide support the Facility manager such in purchasing & monthly acCounting.
4. Monthly measurement of achievement of KPI.
5. Management of equipment an d materials on behalf of client.
