岗位职责:
1.Lead project team an d manage project by following defined project process an d system, ensuring successful project completion an d handover within specified timeframe, stipulated budget an d with high quality an d HSE compliance;
2.Carry out the project in terms of assessing tendering, negotiating contract, assembling project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, controlling budget an d schedule, monitoring site activities an d achieving project deliverables;
3.Serve as the key contact for communication an d coordination efforts regarding project scope, planning, scheduling, field start-up, manufacturing status, installation an d maintenance, defect rectification, variation issues;
4.Support the project team with technical, contractual an d commercial advice throughout the progress of the project; Train, guide an d mentor project team members as required; Keep enhancing project team members’ capability an d performance;
5.Conduct business development an d source business leads.
Task:
1.Bidding-prepare the technical document an d participate the employer interview, coordinate with function department to get new project;
2.Implementation-take full responsibility for the whole process of project implementation including design, tendering , application for government approval, kickoff preparation, construction, completion an d guarantee period;
3.Design-support the function department to produce the design brief, review the design proposal from DI an d join the design review meeting;
4.Tendering-conduct the tendering including pre-qualification, document preparation, tendering issuance, on-site survey, opening, inquiry an d answer, submission of assessment report to recommend the qualified contractor;
5.Construction kickoff-arrange an d monitor the preparation of temporary water, electricity, drainage, communication an d road by contractor Or employer;
6.Construction-Manage an d monitor the site activity among employer, supervision an d contractor, as well as the project construction to achieve the project target in terms of high quality, on-time delivery, within budget an d HSE compliance. Manage the change of work scope an d the variation valuation;
7.Completion inspection-coordinate the inspection an d acceptance activity, identify an d document the key lessons an d achievements, conduct the document filing;
8.based on project management process, coordinate an d deploy company resource in a cost-effective way to fully deliver the scope of service an d to get the employer satisfaction, develop team member an d PM himself through the project implementation;
9.Coordinate the relationship among contractors, supervisors an d ER;
10.Draft all related project plan an d project report, lead project meeting, review an d release the document issued to all related party.
任职要求
1.具备土建/机电/结构/项目管理等建筑工程相关专业本科或本科以上学历;
2.具备外资项目管理顾问公司和外资工程项目管理的工作经验者优先,10年以上项目管理经验,多年独立管理大型工程的经验;
3.以商业建筑如甲级办公楼、高档星级酒店、和大型商业综合体等的项目经验为主,具备至少单体5万平米建面的商业建筑的项目管理工作经验;
4. 具备良好的项目团队组建和领导能力、项目管控能力、目标达成能力、组织协调能力、沟通谈判能力和合同管理能力;
5.英文听说读写流利;
6.能接受长期外派现场工作;
