工作内容：1. 在整个设计流程上协助团队完成项目：概念方案、概念深化、FF&E规格文本、施工图绘制、挑算主材、环境计算等；2. 了解施工中的工艺和材料,与项目经理沟通学习,将书本知识转化为实际知识；3. 在设计主管指导下到施工工地和工长协调现场问题、进度和材料商；4. 负责设计项目资料、图纸等档案的收集、管理；5. 良好的组织能力和对于不同的项目阶段同时进行处理；6. 利用不同的设计软件和手绘提供呈现能力；7. 能够用自己专业的态度代表公司的形象；

We are looking for Assistant Designers/Junior Designers, with creative perspective as the goal, for commercial, residential, institutional an d hotel/resort projects. The ideal applicant should have interior design and/or architecture experiences. Recent an d current design school graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Accepted candidates would be working with LivFAMA in a fun environment involved with designers with different backgrounds.
Job responsibilities:1. Assist senior designers by participating throughout design phases such as concept, design development, FF&E specifications, constructions, calculations, etc.; 2. Understand construction an d material details by communicating with senior designers an d project managers;3. Manage an d assist construction site visit under supervisions by design manager;4. Coordinate project info, drawings an d filings;5. Solid organizational skills an d capable of managing multiple deadlines;6. Strong graphic presentation using design programs Ｏr impeccable hand drawing;7. Ability to represent the company by conducting him/herself in a courteous an d professional manner;
Requirements:1. Interior, Architecture Ｏr Fine Arts related degree （or upon graduating in 2013） ;2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Powerpoint, hand drawings, etc.;3. Passionate in designs of different styles an d designers;4. Excellent oral an d written communication skills;5. Strong organizational skills an d attention to detail;6. Eager attitude, driven, motivated, passionate, happy;7. Willingness to learn an d be given any task （worksheets, materials reserves, admin tasks）;8. Works well with others- team player;9. Basic English skills preferable;
