OB STATEMENT The Project Manager is responsible for providing management an d administration for all aspects of Performance Services contract such as initial project management, supply chain coordination an d execution. Coordinate all activities with regards to Performance Service contracts to ensure Metso fulfill its obligations to our customers while maintaining expected profitability. 项目经理负责管理项目服务表现的各个方面，如项目初期管理，供应链协调，和项目执行。协调项目各类活动以确保美卓达成对客户承诺的义务，同时维持预期的利润 The Project Manager acts as the prime Metso contact for customers, his prime objective is to manage an d coordinate resources with Metso MA Sales, SBA Hub an d customers, in order to optimize the performance required an d reach the budgeted program within safety, quality, environmental an d cost restraints. 项目经理是客户主要联系人，他的主要职责为管理并且协调美卓区域销售，服务，以及客户等各类资源。在保证安全，质量，环保，控制成本的前提下，优化项目表现且达到预期 JOB DUTIES an d RESPONSIBILITIES Project Performance Project Manager is directly responsible for all performance aspects of respective contracts/agreements, including all operational matters; Cost, schedule, quality, HSE, etc 项目经理对项目/合同表现的各个方面直接负责，其中包括运营，成本，计划，质量，健康安全环境等等 Participate in the preparation of the long-term plan mainly in the setting of goals, milestones, check points as well as the identification an d definition of investment to improve the contract execution process an d working methods; objective being to maximize revenue, improve profitability an d reduce costs.参与长期计划的准备，包括设定项目目标，里程碑，节点。并且发现及定义改进合同执行的流程和工作方式。最终目标为最大化收益，增加利润，降低成本Responsible for scheduling of field service an d other services as per contract agreement Ｏr according to the actual demands.负责根据合同规定或实际需求，制定场服务工程师以及其他服务计划Make necessary arrangement to have the Metso resources （Qualified FSE） available for the site service. Follow-up an d ensure all the services to be delivered on time.做出必要的安排，确保相应的美卓资源（合格的服务工程师）提供现场服务。事后跟进来确保服务提供的及时性Ensure that a report is available for all field services. Organize filing of the reports in Contract filing system. When assigning a FSE for site service, make sure that he is aware of past reports/Actions so he follows-up on status of those actions.确保每次服务后都有服务报告。将服务报告按流程管理存档。当制定计划安排某个服务工程师去现场服务，需确保该服务工程师了解以往的服务历史，根据以往要求以需要采取的行动，进行进一步跟进Responsible to coordinate all actions listed on the field service report;根据服务报告的要求，负责协调并且采取的行动Coordinate with Sales/Customer service for Purchasing of parts to refurbish inventory as per site inventory Ｃount done by FSE.根据服务工程师现场库存清点结果来协调销售或项目执行来购买配件补充库存Recommended improve/modification/adjustment/repair/Maintenance actions to be done by Metso Ｏr Customer.负责建议由美卓或客户来执行改进、改动、调整、修理等相关意见Analyze the field service reports an d coordinate with Sales/Product Support team to identify opportunities for Metso to perform additional business （Prepare proposal）, adjustment of inventory level to suit the consumption an d needs. Keep track of all actions an d ensure that they are being taken care of by the responsible parties.分析现场服务报告，协调销售以及产品经理来发掘美卓额外的服务机会（准备方案报价），根据消耗量和需求来调整库存。记录且追踪所有需要的采取的行动，确保由相关部门来执行完成。Provide the information for the PMR reports.为PMR报告提供信息Coordinate with Sales/Product Support an d related department, constantly look for new solution of operation which will improve the contract performance an d reduce contract costs.协调销售与产品支持，坚持不懈的寻找项目执行的改进方案，从而提升项目表现，降低项目成本。Coordinate with Sales/Product support/Customer Service team an d help of below Finance/SAP tasks:协调销售、产品经理、项目执行团队来帮助完成以下财务及SAP系统的任务：Set up an d execute projects in SAP PS module （project structure, planned numbers, part ordering, reporting）.在SAP系统中建立且执行PS单元（项目构架，预算，配件订单，报告）Follow-up with DC department on part purchasing, goods receipts, delivery, goods issue for projects. Ensure consumed parts/Wears components are assigned to the appropriate WBS elements an d reflect right equipment Ｏr site.与DC合作，跟进项目涉及的相关的配件购买，货物收据，运输，发货过账 Monitor an d report inventory levels an d coordinate physical inventory in remote storage locations.监控并且报告库存量。协调偏远地点库存的实际清点。Enter time-sheets in CAT2 for project-related labor. 输入项目相关人员的时间Create SAP sales orders for labor an d parts. Coordinate customer billing with acＣounting department an d ensure timely payments by customer. Monitor outstanding AcＣounts Receivables. 在SAP系统中生成相关人工和配件的销售订单。与财务部门协调发出客户订单，确保客户及时回款。监控AR情况Validate accuracy of planned an d actual costs, revenues an d margins reported under projects an d provide Ｕpdates for PMR reviews on a monthly basis. 确认项目成本，收益，以及利润实际与预算值之间的差别，每月更新用以PMR回顾Specific AcＣountabilities专门责任Safe working conditions.安全工作环境Main Metso representative to ensure customer is satisfied with Metso services.作为主要美卓代表确保顾客对美卓服务的满意度Work in close cooperation with Metso MA Sales/Regional LCS manager.与美卓区域销售及LCS项目经理紧密合作Respect of budget allowed for the project.紧守项目成本预算Level of inventory of spare parts an d consumables.负责备件磨耗件的库存量Promotion of communication an d cooperation within an d without Metso.促进美卓内部与外部的沟通协作
