职能描述H&M的销售顾问工作有很多职责,同时也有很多乐趣.你的工作包括:* 在销售楼层,试衣间和收银台提供出色的顾客服务,达到销售最大化.* 对服装的维护,包括:补货,叠装,挂装,整理,陈列及销售* 按照收银流程处理每笔交易* 到货,并做出货前整理* 降价流程,价格调整和安装防盗扣* 销售规则,政策和指引来协助店铺的安全及防损工作* 队协作,积极地支援你的同事

* Provide excellent customer service to maximise sales on the store floor, in the fitting rooms an d at the cash desk* Actively work with garments - replenishing, folding, hanging, tidying, displaying an d merchandising * Work with cash register routines an d handle all required transactions * Unload delivery trucks an d unpack merchandise* Execute reductions, price changes an d label merchandise with security tags* Follow all sales routines, policies an d guidelines to assist in loss prevention an d safety for the store * Work well in a team an d actively support an d assist your colleagues
