Job responsibility
1. Develop an d administer multi-project plan an d is acＣountable for project status
2. Work closely with the implementation project team to implement customized solutions
3. Efficiently manage project across multiple teams an d deliver project on schedule, within budget, an d with first-grade quality
4. Constantly monitor an d report project progress to customers an d internal management
5. Proactively identify changes in project work scope an d ensure appropriate planning measures are taken
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in IT , related field Ｏr equivalent experience
2. At least 3 years of program management experience, preferably in the software development industry
3. Detail oriented an d highly organized with excellent analytical an d management skills
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal an d leadership skills
5. Software technical background an d overall understanding of software development methodology is required
6. Travel to customer sites for implementation an d project planning meetings as needed
7. Proficient in both Oral an d Written English
8. Experience in working with overseas implementation team an d clients is preferred
