Ensure the team achieves customer requirements of quality, cost, delivery, product performance an d customer satisfactionMonitor, Ｕpdate an d interpret data maintained in the computer based inventory control systemFollows up analyses productivity indicators an d prepare corrective action planProduction Planning for day-to-day routine jobCoordinate with Quality Assurance about any quality concerns raised in the workshopInstruct operators towards proper work procedure an d disciplineCoordinate departments within manufacturing to assist in a smooth flow through of product from storesConducts reviews an d generate reports to management regularly on manufacturing activitiesRequirement:More than 5 years production experience in manufacturing industry, including 2 year in supervisory positionProduction experience in electronic/mechanical industryAssembly experience is a plusBe able to read electrical schematics, an d mechanical an d assembly drawings,Experienced in production process an d quality control & improvementStrong management skills an d good communication an d interpersonal skillsAggressive, hard working, self-motivated, result-oriented an d strong sense of responsibility Be good English for writing an d reading.
