职责: 1、Develop an d implement HR strategies/policies in accordance with company overall business strategy.根据公司 整体经营规划,制定并实施 HR 策略 2、Responsible for managing recruitment resourse to ensure good manpower supply.负责招聘管理,以确保良好的人力资源供 应 3、Develop performance evaluation plan an d implement it.制 定绩效考核计划并实施 4、Develop Training plan an d carry out it.制定培训计划并实施 5、Improve Benefit&Compensation plan to ensure competition strength in accordance with company s strategy. 按照公司发展策略,改善薪酬福利规划以保证竞争优势 6、Responsible for labor relationship management,harmonizing good connection with labor management Authorities. 负责劳动关系的管理,协调与劳动管理 部门的关系 7、Organizee an d supervise the management of related foreign employee affairs. 组织、督办外籍人员相关事务 8、Accomplish casual tasks assigned by superior. 完成领导临 时交办的任务 1、Inspection,supervision an d implementation rights within responsibility 职责范围内的检查、监督和执行权 2、Rights of evaluation, reward an d punishment to subordinates 对下属的考评、奖励、处罚权 3、Rights to be informed of related job information 对本职相 关信息的知情权
要求: HR management,Business management an d other related major 人力资源管理,工商管理及其他相关专业 Related training in Human resources management, labor law 接受过 人力资源管理、劳动法律法规等相关培训 Be familiar with HR management an d related Labor laws,skilled in WORD,EXCELL,PPT etc.熟悉人力资源管理和相关 法律,熟练使用 Word/Excel/PPT 等 8 years Or above experience in HR,including 3 years HR management experience. 8 年以上人力资源工作经验,其中 3 年 人力资源管理经验 Good English ability of reading,writing,listening an d speaking 良好英语读、写、听、说能力 Good ability of organization,communication,coordination,implementation 良 好的组织、沟通、协调、执行能力
