Primary Responsibilities: ? Work closely with global users to support their use of enterprise systems, such as Salesforce, Oracle EBS an d ServiceNow, as well as various departmental systems an d integrations ? Manage queues of incoming trouble an d request tickets ? Meet established SLAs in responding to issues an d requests, an d in resolving them ? Assist with company-wide efforts to maintain system data quality an d integrity by performing routine proactive tasks an d by troubleshooting identified issues ? Provide timely response to alerts an d notifications of system an d data errors ? Contribute to team library by updating lexicons an d creating documents ? Maintain clear, effective, timely, an d ideally proactive communication with technical an d non-technical stakeholders ? Adhere to the established guidelines an d procedures that ensure team efficiency an d visibility Skills an d Requirements: ? Proficiency in troubleshooting; strong analytic capabilities ? Possession of strong English communication skills, both spoken an d written ? Comfort with a variety of communication an d sharing technologies ? Enthusiasm for working as part of a distributed team, in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment ? Flexibility with work hours when needed Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science / Business Administration, Or equivalent an d relevant work experience ? Knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce ? Familiarity with enterprise systems, preferably Oracle EBS
