招聘人数：1-3人 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 主要职责包括但不仅限于Typical Responsibilities Include: 1.建立生产计划和目标，以满足现有和预计销售订单的要求。Establishes production schedule an d targets to meet the requirements of existing an d projected sales orders. 2.与其他职能经理或其他国家领导人协调计划完成订单。 Coordinate with other function managers Ｏr other Ｃountry leaders in planning an d implementing manufacturing programs. 3.管理日常生产，向管理层提供建议，对延迟交货、过高的成本、材料短缺和其他威慑因素提出纠正措施建议。 Advises management on manufacturing activities, performance an d results an d recommends corrective actions relating to delayed schedules, excessive costs, material shortages an d other deterrent factors. 4.管理和执行各种项目，从而提高质量、成本和整体效率。 Manager an d executes various programs that lead to improvement in quality, costs an d overall efficiency. 5.协助评估和改进制造方法、布局、设备和技术。 Assists in evaluation an d improving manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment an d techniques. 6.确定适当的人员配备和操作技能水平。 Determines proper staffing an d skill levels for operation. 7.建设强大的管理团队，激励人，发展人 Builds a strong management team; inspires people an d develops people 8.与当地政府建立良好的关系。 Builds-up good relationships with local government.
要求：Qualifications: 1.大专及以上文凭 College Diploma an d above 2.10年以上制造经验 Over 10 years manufacturing experience 3.5年以上工厂管理经验 Over 5 years plant management experience4.英语流利者优先l Fluent English will be a plus
