职责与要求：-负责公司制度的落实与执行，政策宣导-负责外贸部门整体规划与营运工作-负责市场调研和需求分析-负责年度销售的预测，目标的制定-负责品牌建设工作-确定和调整销售部门目标体系、销售配额和销售方向-与客户进行合作谈判，与客户建立长期稳定的合作关系-按时制定工作计划，召开会议，提交工作报告-strategy making, assignment & execution-Business operation, planning & management-Product marketing &market analysis-Annual sales prediction, target making-Business brand development- Evaluation of business target & sales system, an d related actions-Business negotiation;Great ability to establish an d develop a stable an d cooperative relationship with customers-Meeting, doing report & plan
