Responsibilities:1. Be responsible for monthly/annual payroll calculation, report an d distribution, daily operation & maintenance of HRIS;2. Monthly/annual manpower cost budgeting & actual cost tracking;3. Be in charge of employee social insurance & housing provident fund, such as calculation, reviewing & validating;4. Be responsible for declaration an d daily operation of IIT;5. Be responsible for updating & maintaining of payroll data to support relevant data analysis;6. Be responsible for employee attendance management, including management of leave system, leave record, leave application process & OT etc;7. Managing the end-to-end employee life cycle activities, including but not limited to on/off board, probation management, internal transfer, promotion & demotion follow up, labor contract signing an d renewal;8. Employee P-file management, responsible for issuing relevant certificates such as employment, income Or other types per request;9. Prepare for period reports(monthly, quarterly, semi-annual an d annual report);10. Non-local & Expat employee Service (Responsible for the application of residence points, Shanghai Hukou, Expat work permit & residence permit);11. Handling routine employee queries with respect to C&B, HR policies etc.
Requirements:1. Bachelor degree holder;2. At least 2 years’ dedication in HR Payroll, familiar with C&B related laws & regulations;3. Logical thinking, numerical & analytical sense, proficiency in MS Office & Statistical Tools, strong in MS Excel (practical skills, such as Formula, Pivot Table, etc);4. Strong sense of business ethics, patient & detail-oriented; 5. Good verbal & oral communication skills in both English & Chinese.
