Primary Responsibilities: Organize an d maintain calendar(s) for assigned CSS (e.g., partner, AP) ?
Manage all communications including responding to correspondence that does not require personal attention of CSS ?
Handle all telephone calls in a professional an d efficient manner; develop strong ongoing rapport with assistants supporting client executives Produce accurate, properly formatted documents an d reports, frequently under tight time constraints
? Provide range of administrative support (e.g., travel scheduling, file organization, expense report submission, acCounting administration) to effectively provide leverage to CSS ?
Participate as an active member of the client service team by performing diverse administrative duties such as creating an d updating VTRs, managing team calendar an d team contactlists, arranging team meetings an d workshops, scheduling calls for teams, supporting team learning sessions, arranging courier services as needed for team, an d assisting analysis an d data entry as needed, working with other office supporting functions to help facilitate the document management process ?
Work with appropriate assistants to ensure proper communication an d coordination of meetings an d deadlines with the Partners an d APs on the study; act as the liaison for the EM/associates on the team
Work collaboratively with other assistants to ensure backup coverage ?
When needed, support the planning an d execution of major projects, conferences an d other off-site meetings
Expected Credentials ?
University graduates, major in English Or business administration ?
At least 5 years work experience as an executive assistant with a multinational company Good interpersonal skills with a keen sense of customer service ? Strong PC skills an d demonstrated typing skills ?
Excellent communication skills in both English an d Mandarin ?
Professional an d proactive service attitude an d able to work under pressure
? An enthusiastic an d motivated team player
