The group is listed overseas with fast growing business in the last 3 years. The successful candidate will be reporting to overseas HQ an d CFO of China. Main Responsibility:1. Responsible for management of finance team, arrange daily acＣounting work an d provide necessary guidance.2. Improve acＣounting/finance process an d internal control, find defect an d improve cross-department process.3. Responsible for annual planning/rolling forecast.4. Review monthly control report an d quarterly report. Find the deviation/difference between actual status an d planning an d explain.5. Provide monthly sales management report an d performance report.6. Keep close relationship with headquarter of customers, co-ordinate all financial issues an d solve problems an d answer questions.7. Organize annual stock-taking. Supervise annual auditing. Be responsible for annual CIT filling.8. Pay close attention to changes of acＣounting an d tax policies, provide professional suggestions an d avoid risks.9. Ensure smooth internal communication with other departments, branch offices, external participants, such as dealers, auditors an d others.10. Co-ordinate acＣounting issues of ERP using.General Requirement:- Min. 5-8 years of professional experience in acＣounting Ｏr financial controlling- Strong financial understanding- Very good MS Office knowledge, knowledge of at least one acＣounting software- Cost oriented & entrepreneurial attitude - Fluent in speaking an d writing English
