Key Responsibilities:?Receives an d manages employee data maintenance requests such as employee relationship change, mass uploads, individual data correction for personal/non-personal data, employee category change, pay/work schedules, effective date changes an d execution of reversals; Updates SHARP a/or case as applicable?Processes an d seeks approval for workforce administration requests including short term disability, military leave, personal leave (paid an d unpaid), promotions, lateral moves, future downgrades, tuition reimbursements, performance rewards, severances, involuntary an d voluntary separations; initiates payroll request an d confirms payment when applicable?Creates salary recommendation thru use of a pay calculator an d seeks necessary review an d approval from relative parties in finalizing the new salary for employee’s career events with corresponding change in pay?Processes verification letters for third party vendors an d invitation letters for visa?Prepares an d sends letters on reorganization to managers; post announcement ?Creates death announcement an d letter of condolence together with manager an d HRM; notifies payroll an d other stakeholders?Fulfills audit requests by providing SHARP HR an d Payroll data/transactions ?Processes request for organizational announcements (non F positions voluntary separations, involuntary separations, new joiner an d reorganization) an d publish ?Updates cases in case management tool an d information in SHARP as needed
Skills & Experience: ?3-4 years general work experience (HR an d Data/Process management preferred) ?Experience of working with SAP Or equivalent database required ?Experienced in local employment standards an d employment laws ?Experience working in a shared service organization ?Ability to influence line managers an d advocate for the right course of action ?Ability to plan an d manage a variety of people processes ?Able to multi-task an d manage a fluctuating workload with large volumes ?Skilled with technology an d technical tools (e.g. case management tool, HR databases) ?Able to work under pressure an d learn quickly ?Able to work collaboratively as part of a team ?Customer-focused an d detail oriented ?Fluent in English ?Excellent problem solving an d judgment skills ?Highly computer literate, knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
