Major Responsibilities:Achieve monthly sell-in an d sell-thru target in all assigned acCounts.Supervise day to day operation of assigned acCounts.Develop an d increase retail sales of assigned acCounts.Coach, supervise an d motivate Counter manager an d beauty advisors.
AcCountabilities: Supervises sales activities of assigned acCounts. Make the sales analysis of competition on monthly an d sales mix on half year base. Monitor an d track BA productivity, key products performance, sales target achievement an d ranking on weekly basis.Make the monthly sales forecast an d improve the accuracy.Implement the business review with the retailer on regular basis ( quarterly review with K/A door, half year review with B door, yearly review with C door an d first-quarter review with new door) to share information, understand each other an d make a joint business plan for the following period.Make the activity plan of the assigned acCount for the following half year period together with the marketing team an d store management.Review the head Count plan for the assigned Counter including Counter Manager, Assistant Counter Manager, BA an d New BA on monthly basis. Make the vacancy fulfillment plan accordingly.Develop Counter manager an d assistant Counter manager. Evaluate their performance on quarterly basis. Regular meetings with Counter staff to ensure effective communications on daily / weekly / monthly sales targets an d internal / external ranking.Introduce new products, demonstrate use an d selling techniques, explain promotion mechanics, collateral material, presentation of tester units an d visual merchandising materials on Counter.Maintain clean, neat an d well-merchandised Counter; implement an d enforce merchandising guidelines to Estee Lauder standard.Monitor sales support material at Counter an d work closely with marketing team to ensure all support, material are on Counter in pre-approved quantity an d on time. Report to Sales Manager if enCounter constant problems.Participate in all promotion an d special events.Report any sales communication personnel Or promotion problems to Sales Manager an d recommend possible solutions.Present any innovative ideas to increase business to Sales Manager.Prepare order / supervise order by Counter manager. Review order with Sales Manager. Monitor Counter inventory on weekly basis an d control inventory per guideline an d minimize returns. Physical check of 15% to 20% SKU per door on monthly basis including salable, tester, sample, VM, POS, GWP, Sets etc.Monitor competitor activities an d alert Brand Management of any major product launch Or promotion an d prepare monthly report on ranking.Maintain close contact with store management an d frequent visits to focus doors. Get the support from the store including exposure, light box, festival relevant an d outpost period to maximize the resources. Ensure SOP execution in the Counter an d align with the store. Reconcile the gap between brand an d the store. Assist in implementation of marketing an d sales promotion calendar.Coach, Supervise an d motivate the Beauty Advisors with the objective to maintain the agreed level of productivity while sustaining the team’s stability an d morale.Calculate the monthly commission for the BA teamBe a role model to the sales team an d maintain Estee Lauder brand image personally at all times.Qualifications:Passion an d down to earthPositive an d proactive attitudenumeric ability is mustComputer skills in Word, Excel a must.2-3 years retail sales experience in executive level. Cosmetics industry experience preferred.Team-playing spiritLeading spirit.Good interpersonal an d communication skills.Negotiation skillWilling to travel at least 50% of working time.
