招聘人数：1-3人 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 Key AcＣountabilities To review, draft an d negotiate legal documents an d contracts for the Group s day to day operation in China -Contract drafting, reviewing, negotiating an d closing-Ecommerce projects would be priorities To provide legal advices an d solutions to all brands （16 in China） an d service divisions （Finance & Controlling, HR, Customer Service, Logistics, IT, Corporate Affairs etc.） -Compliance consulting -HR an d CS cases-Operation review To represent company’s interest in defined legal proceedings. -Representing the Company in court proceedings, before ordinary an d arbitration courts etc.-Representing the Company s interest before local authorities, associations, commissions, as well as vis-a-vis clients an d suppliers （HR disputes, consumers disputes, AIC visits etc.）-Working with external counsels an d agencies when in need. To support Legal Manager an d HQ Legal Department in assigned projects. -IPR protection works.-Special cases.Requirements Retail, Ecommerce Ｏr Law Firm service background Law firm Ｏr multi-national company in-house counsel practice experience. Law firm experience is very much preferred. More than 3-5 years working experience in legal service. Bachelor Ｏr Master degree in law. Master degree is very much preferred. National Judicial Examination Certificate Excellent command of English an d Chinese language skills Good command of office software: Word, Excel, PPT
