As a Consultant/Analyst, your primary responsibility is to work as a team member on both market research an d management consulting engagements.
Responsibilities:-Perform research an d analysis necessary to complete consulting engagements-Conduct interviews with industry executives to obtain information for projects,and document it in conciselywritten interview reports-Monitor significant industry trends through secondary sources an d conduct secondary research-Analyze primary an d secondary research data an d interpret findings in clear documents/reports-Design, write, an d deliver client presentations
Job Requirements:-Strong English language an d computer skills are essential-Strong analytical an d writing skills-Professional presentation an d communication skills-Assertive an d professional interpersonal skills-A quick learner with a strong team spirit-University degree, preferably a BS degree in a technical field （Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biological Sciences- Ｏr equivalent）; MBA Ｏr advanced degree advantageous-At least 1 year working experience, preferably in consulting, chemicals, petroleum, cosmetics Ｏr healthcare.
工作职责：1.对需要完成的咨询项目履行必要的调研和分析工作2.独立完成与业内人员的访谈，获取相关信息，并简明地记录成报告形式3.搜集整理二手资料，并通过这些资料捕捉和监控行业动向4.通过对掌握的资料的分析，清晰地撰写商务报告5.参与制作并现场合作完成对客户的演讲形式的汇报
资历要求：1.优秀的英语和电脑操作能力（Word, PPT, Excel）2.较强的分析能力和优秀的英语写作技能3.专业的表达和沟通技巧4.敏而好学，以及团队合作精神5.本科以上学历，偏好于持有理工科学位的应聘人士 （如：化学，化工，生物等）；优先考虑MBA 或更高学历的应聘人士6.1年以上工作经验，倾向于有咨询（非人力资源类、非信息工程类、非会计类咨询）业、化工业、石油能源业、化妆品业和生物健康业背景的应聘人士7. 可以接受出差，有独立工作能力
