岗位职责:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES an d DUTIES1.负责中外籍员工的招聘录用、培训管理、员工关系、涉外事务办理等工作;2.招聘计划整理以及执行;3.维护人事管理文件,月度人事报表制作,包括员工考勤、异动等报表;4.参与公司制度建设以及部门流程编写梳理工作;5.协助上级完成员工薪酬福利、绩效考核管理等工作;6.提升员工对公司和学校的教育理念及运营管理的信任度和认同感,塑造符合企业和员工双向期望值和认可度的价值观和文化氛围;7.领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求:COMPETENCIES/SKILLS Required:1. Good PC skills (MS Office, including WORD, EXCEL, PPT, an d etc.);2. Excellent English both in reading an d writing;3. Professional knowledge an d skills on HR management;4. Familiar with the process of Foreigner Affairs Management;5. Careful, pro-active, self-driven an d self-discipline, willing to study an to work under pressure;6. Multi-tasked, customer service oriented, good communication skills with team work spirit;7. Bachelor s degree Or above8. At Least 3 years working experience as HR Specialist in multi-national companies Or international schools.
Preferred:1. Overseas study/working experiences;2. Employment relationship management with foreign teacher.
