Key AcCountabilities
?Responsible for budget, capacity planning, testing infrastructure roadmap as well as monitoring of testing lab;
?Develop Or apply testing procedures an d processes in a productively manner;
?Push the team to be more professional an d improve the efficiency;
?Lead the team to be much more innovative an d introduce the new Products an d external new technologies into testing an d devices;
?Develop the know-how on advanced products, EA an d EoA products
?Lead an d manage the department to complete the relevant work in qualification tests for NEP/CP/EV/cost reduction/localization projects with CQT requirement, including test methods, plans, preparation, implementation, failure analysis an d reports;
?Responsible for setting up an d CIP of testing capability according to the TEC-SH’s strategy with alignment of HQ, including infrastructure, equipment, process, experience an d training of staff;
?Support GPC-Jinan to set up suitable testing capability for traceability an d localization needs an d testing method Or equipment for mass production;
?Other support tests for China organization
?Propose innovations an d improvements of testing systems an d procedures to fulfil the requirement of new products Or application;
?Keep aware of latest testing method an d equipment to improve testing quality an d efficiency;
?Keep in touch with local standardization/safety organization to ensure business in China
?Lead an d direct a team of testing engineers an d device engineers to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively, an d the project schedules an d targets are met;
?Evaluate the staff by means of a qualification matrix, which is continuously adjusted to the demands, an d create training plans in cooperation with HR to further develop the team
?Coach an d mentor less experienced testers; check the quality of their work an d help them resolve problems
?Willing an d take responsibility to share experience an d knowledge
?Proactive an d push people an d projects moving forward
Educational Background
?>10 years of relevant business experience necessary
?Preferred 5 years of management experience
?Multiply tasks an d prioritization management
?Problem solving, time management, prioritization
?Awareness of business an d finance implications
?Very good pneumatic, mechatronics Or electronics knowledge
?Experience in the area of continuous process improvement
?Knowledge about development of employees an d in personal management
?Language: Chinese fluent& English fluent
?IT skills: MS Office, SAP…
?Intercultural awareness an d knowledge
